Difference between Oxidation and Antioxidant
What is Reduction Rate?
An index indicating the ability to reduce (restore) oxidized substances (rust, decay, aging). Expressed numerically as Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP).
ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) indicates the ability to reduce oxidized substances. Generally, +40 to -500 is considered good water. Emma has measured reduction from +50 down to -520 in tests.
Commercial mineral waters usually have a reduction rate of +100 to +200, which oxidizes the body. "Emma" turns that water into non-oxidizing water. It becomes mellower and smoother to drink.
