These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Emma Japan (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on this website. Article 4 (Use of the Service)

Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms and other rules or precautions established by the Company.
Users shall assume all responsibility for the information they transmit through the Service and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.
If a User is a minor, they must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before using the Service.

Article 5 (Conclusion of Sales Contract)

A sales contract between the User and the Company for the Service is established when the Company receives order information from the User through this site and a message indicating completion of the order is displayed on the site. After the contract is established, the Company will notify the User of the order details via an order confirmation email separately.
If order information transmitted by the User does not reach the Company due to system failure, the application shall be invalid, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.
Minor users must obtain consent from a legal guardian before ordering products.
After the sales contract is established, the Company may charge the User for the amount based on the contract through the payment method specified in Article 7, Paragraph 1.

Article 6 (Cancellation of Contract by the Company)

The Company may cancel the sales contract by notifying the User if any of the following reasons apply:
- (1) Delivery cannot be completed due to unknown address or prolonged absence.
- (2) False facts are found in the registered information.
- (3) The User fails to pay within the specified period.
- (4) Credit card company approval is not obtained.
- (5) No response from the User within 2 weeks regarding purchase conditions.
- (6) Delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond Company's control.
- (7) The User falls under prohibited categories in Article 11.

Article 7 (Payment Method)

Users can choose from: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Amazon Pay, Rakuten Pay, au Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Convenience Store Payment, or Cash on Delivery.

Article 8 (Shipping)

Items are shipped to the registered address via a carrier designated by the Company.

Article 9 (Returns and Exchanges)

In principle, contracts cannot be cancelled after establishment. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us for an exchange.

Article 10 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to or consent from Users in any of the following cases. The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users as a result.

(1) When necessary for regular or emergency system maintenance
(2) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, or similar causes
(3) When the Service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other force majeure
(4) In any other case the Company deems necessary

Article 11 (Measures)

If the Company determines that a User falls under any of the following, the Company may, without prior notice or consent, cancel the User’s registration, refuse the User all or part of the Service, or take any other measures it deems necessary. Users shall not object to such measures and shall not claim damages or make any other claim against the Company for any damage or disadvantage caused by them.

(1) Violation of these Terms or other rules or precautions established by the Company
(2) Being subject to seizure, provisional seizure, provisional disposition, compulsory execution, auction, public sale, disposition for tax delinquency, or other disposition by public authority
(3) Filing, or being subject to a filing by a third party, for bankruptcy or civil rehabilitation proceedings
(4) Publicly announcing the start of voluntary debt restructuring
(5) Being found to be a member of an organized crime group, a person who ceased to be a member less than five years ago, an associate member, or a similar person
(6) Any other case in which the Company deems the User inappropriate

Article 12 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

(1) Criminal acts, acts contrary to public order and morals, other illegal acts, or acts that may lead to them
(2) Acts that interfere, or may interfere, with the operation or business of the Company or the Service
(3) Acts that damage the reputation or credibility of the Company or third parties, or that cause them inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage, or may do so
(4) Using the Service by improperly using the personal information of a third party or false information
(5) Acts that violate, or may violate, these Terms or other rules or precautions established by the Company
(6) Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
(7) Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate
