Article 5 (Conclusion of Sales Contract)

After the contract is established, the Company will notify the User of the order details via an order confirmation email separately.

Article 6 (Cancellation of Contract by the Company)

The Company may cancel the sales contract by notifying the User if any of the following reasons apply:
- (1) Delivery cannot be completed due to unknown address or prolonged absence.
- (2) False facts are found in the registered information.
- (3) The User fails to pay within the specified period.
- (4) Credit card company approval is not obtained.
- (5) No response from the User within 2 weeks regarding purchase conditions.
- (6) Delivery becomes impossible due to reasons beyond Company's control.
- (7) The User falls under prohibited categories in Article 11.

Article 7 (Payment Method)

Users can choose from: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Amazon Pay, Rakuten Pay, au Pay, shop pay, apple pay, Google pay, PayPal, Convenience Store Payment, or Cash on Delivery.

Article 8 (Shipping)

Items are shipped to the registered address via a carrier designated by the Company.

Article 9 (Returns and Exchanges)

In principle, contracts cannot be cancelled after establishment. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us for an exchange.
